Sailboats, Bridges and Frank

I love taking this same picture every year, in part, to annoy one of my editors, Frank. It could be stated he dislikes pictures of parades, charity walks, and the passage of sailboats through raised drawbridges in the the spring heading out to Lake Michigan. So, I shoot this kind of picture every year so as not to disappoint him!
