I had the "Bean" all to myself for a few moments at Millennium Park in Chicago, so I used the time exposure setting to capture the big event. (Yes, I see two people walking in the background under the sculpture in the first picture, but otherwise it was all mine!)
How many people in a city of millions do you think have solo pictures with bean? I'd guess not many. Too cool! I also dig the fact that the two people in the background are perfectly framed in the arch... Lucky or talent? You decide.
Newspaper photojournalism and weddings are two photography passions in my life. I feel very blessed that I can apply my experience as a staff photographer for the Chicago Sun-Times, skill, and creativity to the bride and groom of today. Today's couples are asking for real pictures that tell the story of their special day. Lucky for all of us!
