Website Not Viewing Consistently

My website, www.richardachapman.com, is not loading correctly for all of my PC users. It seems that some users have encountered the thumbnail pictures appearing on the left-hand side of their browser instead of the (correct) right-hand side. Unfortunately, I can't find any consistency or pattern to help me diagnose the problem. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
